Order Details
Please carefully review the order details outlined above. By making payment, you confirm that all details are accurate and correct. Please note that changes or updates to the order cannot be made after it has been placed.
Warranty
All Blindall products are backed by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Additionally, chains and mechanisms are covered for the lifetime of the product. A delivery and service fee will apply to all warranty claims made after the one-year period. For any warranty claims, please reach out directly to Blindall.
Delivery
Most custom window coverings are typically ready for installation within 2-4 weeks of ordering. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed, as certain products may require more time, and material backorders can occasionally cause delays. We will inform you promptly if any delays arise.
Installation
To ensure a smooth process, please remove any existing blinds and clear furniture away from your windows beforehand. If you would like the installer to remove your existing blinds, a fee of $10 per blind will apply.
Payment
All outstanding balances are due on the day of installation. Any defects or malfunctioning parts are covered under warranty and will be addressed by Blindall. These issues do not justify withholding or delaying payment. Please note that any overdue balances will incur a late payment fee of 5%.
